        • Completed inspection reports sent via email to client
        • Move-out inspections prior to tenant vacating the property
        • Full renovation team division on-site to increase property value & monthly rental income

Tenancy Process

        • Handle all tenant enquires
        • Arrange all showings
        • Screening – verification of income & credit report
        • Processing applications
        • First & Last month’s rent collected
        • Signing lease agreement ( Ontario Lease)

Financial Department

        • Monthly rent collections including tenant account history report
        • Monthly rent deposits to clients account which is done on the 10th of every month
        • Monthly statements provided to client reflecting deposit made into their accounts
        • Yearly taxes packages for your accountant
        • Paralegal on site as needed for all N1 & N4 notices at NO CHARGE to the client
